Eligible Level 5 graduates can progress to the degree stage covering an undergraduate project, agile programming and enterprise systems development.
Plan your entry point
Learners with five O Levels can begin with Level 3. Applicants with two A Levels or a suitable certificate may qualify to begin at Level 4. Admissions will verify the correct starting point.
Fees shown in the June 2026 CASS brochure
- Level 3: US$130 per month plus US$475 examination fees.
- Level 4: US$160 per month full-time or US$120 per month part-time, plus US$730 examination fees.
- Level 5: US$120 per month full-time or US$90 per month part-time, plus US$735 examination fees.
- Software Engineering BEng: US$3,220, payable upfront.
